Afrojack might have been indulging in various forms of electronic dance music in recent years, but he has never been one to cold-shoulder his roots. With ‘Keep It Low’, the Dutch dance music icon drops a record meant to tear clubs apart, made in collaboration with Dutch-Indonesian DJ/producer duo Mightyfools.

Listen to Afrojack feat. Mightyfools – Keep It Low

The centerpiece of Afrojack’s Tomorrowland Belgium 2017 live set, ‘Keep It Low’ drives even the most resilient House fanatics mad with excitement and has already graced live sets from the likes of Axwell, David Guetta, Hardwell and Laidback Luke. With its ferocious tempo and no-holds-barred approach, this tempestuous production makes for one heck of a highlight whenever it comes blasting from any club or festival’s sound system.

Born Nick van de Wall, Afrojack has been one of dance music’s front-runners since the rise of hit single ‘Take Over Control’ (with Eva Simons) and has a peerless reputation as a DJ and producer. He has collaborated with the likes of David Guetta, Steve Aoki, Diplo, Pitbull and The Black Eyes Peas, won a Grammy for his (and David Guetta’s) remix of Madonna’s ‘Revolver’ and rocks stages everywhere from Ibiza’s finest venues to globally acclaimed festivals such as Coachella, Electric Daisy Carnival L.A., Tomorrowland Belgium and Ultra Music Festival Miami. ‘Keep It Low’ shows that Afrojack hasn’t forgotten about the club scene and will be his go-to tool to kick things up a notch on that front. Earlier this year, Afrojack released his new single ‘Another Life’ with David Guetta featuring Ester Dean. The music video is a futuristic anime take on creating life with a touch Ghost in the Shell vibes.

Having been setting trends and pushing boundaries for over a decade, Mightyfools are without doubt among dance music’s most prolific acts. Since starting their joint endeavor in 2007, they have performed at over 1000 event worldwide from Tomorrowland and Mysteryland to Creamfields and back, collaborated with powerhouse acts such as Yellow Claw and showed various charts who’s boss, including the Beatport main chart and Spotify’s Viral chart. Their hot streak has been going on for ten years already and their brand-new collaboration with Afrojack shows that Mightyfools have set their sights on adding at least ten more.
